favorite cold remedies?

Thanks, ! I personally wouldn't take GSE again as

I had a very

bad reaction to that. I just avoid milk and do all the traditional

things (soups, vitamins, rest)... and last night the vaporizer sure

helped a lot. I have done the sinus irrigation but just used

salt--will keep your mixture in mind.

I am more inclined to believe that our sensitivities to more colds, germs,

and other infections have to do more with trashed adrenal glands. I have

never tested, but I don't have any doubt that mine are just that. Some

people never experience this, but many do. I was chronically hypo for yrs

before it was discovered, and that is a big factor in the adrenal glands

wearing out, so to speak. It is the adrenal glands that take care of the

immune factors, as in allergies, etc....cortisol.......it gets such a bad

rap, but it does such wonderful things for us.
