Guest guest
Hi Thanks a for the information on the Methotrexate study...it is very interesting and surely a boost to those of us afraid to take it, Unfortunately, for now I am not able to take it because I have continued to have akathisia, intermittently (inability to stop walking, moving, etc..HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY WITH RA. We do feel it is medication induced however, which one is the dilemma. Since he has had a patient develop akathisia while on mtx, that was enough for me, so we decided to try something else. I must do something as the RA test (factor-titer)? which should be under 14 is 348!!!!!! Anyway, I have one concern about this study. The Methotrexate study showed, if I am reading it correctly, that the study only involved a total of 610 patients actually taking Methotrexate. To me this is a very small study making pretty big claims. What is your opinion? Joanne
