Hi a, I believe it's three " times " in a row as I don't weigh every

week...more like every 10 - 14 days. I am very happy and pray it

continues. All I'm doing is writing down what I eat, try not to eat

after 8pm, make better choices and walk as I can. I can already walk a

little further with out my back going into spasms. Thank you for you

love & support, dear a.
