We finally have an appointment!

They want to see DH at UC San Francisco on September 3rd. It will be an all day

thing, he be seeing one of the pulmonologists and critical care specialists.

Maybe we'll have some time to go to the pier and just spend some alone time

together.

Can I just say that I am very anxious about this. On the one hand I am very

relieved to finally be seeing someone who may have answers. On the other hand I

am a little fearful of what those answers may be.

At least he has been doing pretty well since he got out of the hospital last

week. I had my fingers crossed when I typed that.

At least you are getting something done. It's always the "not knowing" that really gets us fearful. When you know something for sure you are able to deal with it, no matter what it is. Praying that you will not have to deal with something you do not like.

So my prayer are working huh! I am so glad to hear that, that appt is made. Don't do any worrying until you have to! I learned that the hard way.

Yes, that is so important to take some time out for just the two of you! And it couldn't be a more peaceful place than on the pier!!!!!

I will write this date down to be sure to check in on ya about the appt that day!
