xylitol (strawberry flavor) which is also GFCF! Lee Silsby compounding

What I need to know is what the ingredients are in the Valtrex pills,

and if Valtrex is still under patent. If it's under patent, then the

pure medicine is not available to be compounded, and all that Lee-

Silsby (or any compounder) can do is just to grind up the pills, bad

ingredients and all, and put them in a liquid. If my son is allergic

to the pill ingredients, this does not solve the problem.

just ask your pharmacist to look it up through his supplier and

contacts in the product info packs we as patients are not given this

info and we are not given listed ingredients on the bottles. you are

right you would want the real med we do this with diflucan b/c of the

lactose but valtrex is still under patent so research it with your

local pharm they should be willing to do that.
