I had gone into the literature at the Gandhi library at the KHS complex and had come accross an article by some noted Gandhian advocating the Non-party system of democracy...of course, I spoke for the system and walked away with the prize... As an afterthought, won't that system lead to an enormous and systematic horse-trading as seen in the present context...!!!!!!
