Guest guest
She will be a busy woman! I have used a number of remedies over the years. Recently I have found using homeopathic " jet lag " (made in NZ you can get it at AAA stores) works well for all ages. It is easy for kids to take. I suggest magneluvres for the mom. There are some nice glycerites with calming herbs for kids that help if they are unable to calm down when flying or with the jetlag. You can find these in the kids section at New Seasons. You might want to suggest some sort of immune support for traveling in the winter. Extra HMF, Emergen C, echinacea in glycerite, sambucca etc, whatever you and they like. I pack my own food and find it helps with kids. You can feed them good food when they are hungry. This also means you can put them to sleep when they are tired. Good luck, Tufenkian ND Portland, Oregon --- susan jones wrote: > Arnica works great and nux vomica has worked for > others in the past well. > There is a premade formula call " Jet lag " > ND > Seattle > > > > > > > > Subject: overseas trips with kids > > To: > > Date: Saturday, November 29, 2008, 12:56 PM > > Hi Folks- > > > > I have a patient who will be traveling to France > to be with > > family for a month this winter.
