Hi Natasha! I have a couple that I use...

www.fitday.com (free) - patients like using this to monitor their

meals, plus it has a breakdown of necessary vitamins and minerals so

patients can see that they're getting proper nutrition

and

www.nutritiondata.com/ - this one I just found...so far I feel fitday

is easier to use, but this one seems to have more of a naturopathic

view on food, plus the graphs are prettier :)
