Guest guest
What do I do with my kid? I'm so frustrated and becoming so angry at him... We've been working TEN years on this issue...we've done and tried everything. I can't imagine what more to do. Our ds is 10 - he's at an age where he fights drinking his Nature Calm, doesn't want me to see what he's doing in the toilet ("Oh, I forgot. Sorry mom.") Yet, he continues to have accidents and he has times where he says he's too busy or having too much fun CHOOSES to poop his pants! WTF! How does a 10-year-old decideto poop his pants!! He's supposed to leave for Bible camp on Sunday. I'm so not wanting to send him - he's going to end up being the "kid at camp who poops his pants." We've (my dh and I) have talked with him about this possiblity and he says he doesn't care...it's their problem if they don't like it. Huh??? We've tried explaining it's HIS problem - he has to take responsiblity for his body. I just emptied out his swim bag and an old pair of poopy underpants was in there...the backpack is ruined. It also makes me wonder if he was in the pool when he pooped?! Argh!! How do we make this end? Sorry I'm going off on such a beautiful day - I'm not sure what to do, how to get him to believe that pooping in the toilet is where all people go!! It's creating some serious havoc on our family... Thanks for your listening ears. If anyone has anything to say, please do so. Here's hoping your 4th is awesome!
