Guest guest
Tess, Are you writing down how you feel each day as well as what you are eating? I¹m wondering if anything you are eating can cause you to feel bloated. You are doing so well. I am very proud of all your efforts. Have you ever looked into any other weight loss help besides the gastric bypass? On television a few days ago they had several people that were on a medically supervised weight loss program using special shakes. The program is only available at major teaching hospitals, but they didn¹t name any names. Many people had some very impressive weight loss. Keep up the good work. Eating healthy is a learned thing for many people. So many people can loose the weight, but don¹t keep it off because they don¹t know how to eat healthy. Your poetry is really great. Today is my late husband¹s birthday. I¹ve had a lot of reflections the last few days and sometimes the sadness is overwhelming. He was a great husband and father. I often wonder how my life and our children¹s life would be if cancer hadn¹t won the battle. I am blessed to have found happiness again and I pray one day you will too. There is someone out there for you waiting to be found. You¹ll more than likely find him when you¹re not looking. Until that time we will try to ease your loneliness with lots of cyber hugs.
