Dear Unda Group,

Since it is the end of the year and not too much activity, I just

wanted to express how much I appreciate this group. For lack of a

better word, I was " blown away " by the speedy, thoughtful, astute,

and well considered suggestions I received with my last question on

burning mouth. Every one of your suggestions, from physical to

mental/emotional perspectives were to the point and spot on.

Sometimes, I get tunnel visioned, and your reminders telescoped me

back out of the narrow thinking.

The feeling of support and mind's meeting for the higher good is

gratifying and deeply moving.

I've seen this quality of care exhibited in this group time and again

and I just wanted to acknowledge it.

May the Light & Love of this season shine ever more brightly into the
