Guest guest Posted June 2, 2008 Report Share Posted June 2, 2008 My Comment: For those with respiratory difficulties [i.e. MCS, RADS, etc ], remember to go slow especially with the 4-7-8 breathing exercise. This needs to be adapted to each person. Maybe start with 2-3-4? or 1-2-3?
