I like 4 out of 5 of these. Number 4 caused me to have drug-like

highs when I was young, will cause me to pass out now I am 60, both

reactions due to OI/POTS.

Thanks for posting this. I just ordered the book. 5 minutes is a

perfect amount of time in my busy life! I need to start taking more

breaks.
