Guest guest
, Thanks for your encouraging words! I fell sorry for your sis.. but am really glad the Zoloft is helping her. How thankful I am that I have an enormously supportive husband in all of this. Lynne > My sister has chronic pain (the latest doctor has diagnosed fibro) and she takes Zoloft. She has no support from her husband or kids so it helps her function. Without it, she cries at the drop of a hat. It also seems to help with her energy level. But sometimes when you feel good mentally, it affects you physically. I wouldn't think twice about taking an antidepressant if it helped. > > Take care, > > > >
Guest guest
~ I am going to see a rheumatoogist today, for the first time since I was 16 so as of right now I am hoping that this guy that I go see is wonderful. My doctor reccomended him to me and said that he is an excellent RA Doc, so we will see. As of right now I am on Enbrel twice a week, but it really isn't doing that great, so that is why I am going to this RA Doc. So we will see. Jillian <Matsumura_Clan@...> wrote: Welcome, Jillian! Sorry that you have RA, especially in your youth. Do you have an excellent rheumatologist? What medications do you take? We'll try to help you any way we can. I'll tell you where to go! Mayo Clinic in Rochester http://www.mayoclinic.org/rochester s Hopkins Medicine http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org [ ] New at this Hi Everyone~ My name is Jillian and I am a 22 year old suffering with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was diagnosed at 16 and have been battling this " wonderful " disease. My friend told me to join a support group to see if this might help me get thru things that my friends can't help me with. I guess I really don't know where to go from here. I am just trying to figure my life out and trying to manage RA all in the same time. I guess just knowing that other people are out there with the same problem is reassuring. Dealing with this disease is not easy alone, so i figure maybe talking to people might help. Have a wonderful day and I will hopefully talk to someone soon. Jillian
Guest guest
Poor . It will be tough but just keep telling him it is temporary and will be over with. It was sweet of him to remember your birthday after all! Christmas lines here are fairly long as well. We are having a ham for dinner. Yummy! Roxanna ( ) .. has to go through 3 days of Magnesium Citrate 10 ozs each day. He can eat 3 meals only for the first day,the second day with the 10 ozs he can eat breakfast & a lite lunch but the third day no food at all just fluids with the 10 ozs. The third day will be New Years Day! He is so upset that he can't eat on New Years day. The test will be done on the 4th day actually. I hope it will be the first thing in the morning.I hope he can do this. Yesterday was my Birthday & came up to me & said sorry I forgot your Birthday is today then he whipped out a bottle of finger nail polish he bought for me. I thought that was cute. He is so excited about Christmas. We went to the grocery store for a few things & all the lines went to the back of the store, every register. Christmas day we are having Stuffed chickens & lasagna.
