Guest guest
Hello Group, Thanks for the interest in our company and mission. I know some of you many have concerns about this being spam mail but I can assure you we are a professional company, and committed towards our goal of helping asthmatics and their loved ones. I apologize if we can off the wrong way. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dwight Anson Yorke, founder and CEO of Azmatec. I was diagnosed as a severe asthmatic at 5 years old and continue to have attacks today at the age 32. My father was also diagnosed with Asthma at the age of 40 when we moved to the United States from Belize. However I never realized how severe asthma was until I was 20 years old in college at Purdue University studying Electrical Engineering. I came home for the holidays and my father had a sudden asthma attack. His attack was so severe that he passed away in my arms. His lungs collapsed and neither the paramedics or emergency room couldn't revive him. At that point in my life I realized the potential this disease had for me, and the other 20 million Americans that deal with it every day. I promised my father that I would dedicate time and research to find a way to prevent this tragedy for others, especially for mothers with children who have asthma. Since then, I've developed new products and services to help asthmatics. I continued my research and graduate work at Stanford University developing new research initiates understanding asthma. After that I attended Loyola mount University Business school to create a company dedicated to make a difference. If you Google my name you will see that I've won National and International competitions for my designs and concepts in Asthma through Anson Innovations, Inc (my parent conceptual company). After 12 years, I've established a company (Azmatec) with products and service to make a difference. We have established alliances with the American Lung Association, Breathe California of LA county, American Asthma Foundation, numerous physicians, and now in concert with the Allergy & Asthma Network Mothers of Asthmatics. Our products have started Clinical trails and we have an established FDA certified process along with being CM-MI and ISO certified. We have just started our journey with our passion in the drivers seat. I'm not telling you this to convince you. I'm telling you this for your help and support. We will make a difference, but the most important thing to me and my company, is your feedback. I'm a consumer, dealing with asthma every day. I thank God for medications but they aren't the answer. The answer is knowledge, education, information leading to the proper prevention and management. That is our goal; to hear and help consumers with their personal condition and providing the services to empower them towards making the right informed decisions. Through our surveys, we get to hear your concerns, your comments, and your words. We're not asking for money or membership, just support. We're a company dedicated to hear the public and help fulfill your needs. I apologize again if we came off as spam, but we're trying to reach other groups which have immediate needs, and need to be heard. I thank you for your time and hope you will support our initiative. I hope you will fill out our surveys and pass them to others. Our surveys are not only for asthmatics, but for physicians and non-asthmatics. We all need to be educated if we're to make a difference. Please feel free to email me and ask any further questions. You and your loved ones are the most important thing to our success. I know what it feels like to lose a loved one premature. Help us prevent that for many others. Thank you Sincerely yours, Dwight Anson Yorke DwightYorke@...
