I know there are going to be days when I'm bloaty or more puffy...but I sure don't like it! I've written down my food everyday for 56 days now...I really believe it is a helpful tool. It keeps me from going into denial or playing some of the 'dieting mentality' mind-games we can inflict upon ourselves. When I look at what I had today, I know I didn't go off on a binge, so I have to conclude this puffiness is temporary. What a sanity saver! Much Love to All...
