Sorry to hear that you've been dealing with RA for four years already, but it's great that you can work from home. Painful eyes can have many different causes. Trouble with one's eyes is common in RA, but you should have it checked out. Have you had an appointment with an ophthalmologist recently? I would go for a thorough exam, and I would mention that your eyes are painful during a flare. As others have mentioned, nodules can occur in other places besides the elbow. In fact, they can occur pretty much anywhere, even internally. Sorry that they make walking uncomfortable. Please mention that to your rheumatologist next time.
