Guest guest
Welcome to the board. You ARE way too young to be having such issues.:-( I'll ask you what I asked the other newbie gal ;-) Are you looking to heal your body back to balance or are you looking to " cope " with symptoms? Either way you answer that you can get some direction and support here. I'm personally into balancing my body back to health. I believe that we live in a world full of free radicals..that do cell damage. Google all that, there is tons of documented material on that...and if we don't have enough ANTIOXIDANTS in the body to " counter " the free radical damage we are going to be sick, and dis- eased and ill. That's just simple science. And a simple solution to a very complicated problem. How do you feel today? what is your daily health picture? How many medicines are you on and for what? If you begin to peel the onion ( of your health picture) you can begin to heal the body ( in my personal opiinon). Be well... ~Amy~ in Missouri TotalHealth2008 ( my board in yahoo) > > Hi my name is > > I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis at the age of 15. I am > now 27yrs old.
