Welcome to the board.

You ARE way too young to be having such issues.:-(

I'll ask you what I asked the other newbie gal ;-)

Are you looking to heal your body back to balance or are you looking

to " cope " with symptoms?

Either way you answer that you can get some direction and support

here.

I'm personally into balancing my body back to health.

I believe that we live in a world full of free radicals..that do cell

damage. Google all that, there is tons of documented material on

that...and if we don't have enough ANTIOXIDANTS in the body

to " counter " the free radical damage we are going to be sick, and dis-

eased and ill. That's just simple science. And a simple solution to

a very complicated problem.

How do you feel today? what is your daily health picture? How many

medicines are you on and for what?

If you begin to peel the onion ( of your health picture) you can

begin to heal the body ( in my personal opiinon).
