Hi all I cruched some 1000mg vitamin C and disolved it in a

table spoon of water added another table spoon of dmso.

applied that to my acking hips ,knees, ankels

my arthritis has practicly vanished in few days.

I do a lot of alternative med not many things worked that well

I did it once and after a few days did it again to see if I could get a more complete relief
