Hi everyone,

I have an update on my daughter's progress. About 2 months ago my

daughter neck was swollen and she was diagnosed with hypo-T.

My Canadian Ped and Endro. tried treating her with synthroid but she

was allergic to the additives in it. Fortunately we had just seen a

Doctor in Ohio who specializes in treating allergic kiddos.

He compounded my daughter special meds without additives...she has

been taking her meds for 1 month now...

her goiter is almost not noticeable and her TSH has went from 100 to 8.

My pediatrician was very happy how well she responded to her meds.

I have a question....maybe someone can help?

my daughter has been getting dizzy/with a bit of a headache for the

past 2 weeks..it has been lasting from 2-4 hours each night....

Is this normal thing that might just go away in time...or does she

need her medication adjusted?

Thanks,

cathy
