these products is at Target...about 17 for the mucinex and 15 for the

nasacrom...(Walgreens had the SAME mucinex box (same dose, same #

pills etc) for 46.00!!? I about fainted...then I drove to Target and

found it for the usual 17.00.?

HI Becky

Nasalcrom is a mast cell inhibitor. Its not steroid...more like an antihistamine. The cromolyn sodium works to stabilize mast cells and tell them to stop releasing histamine basically. It doesnt last all day, but for me, Ive been able to get away with twice a day. Heres a link below from Webmd.com that explains how it works a bit better than I can.
