Guest guest
Judi, I'm very sorry to hear that you are feeling so bad. The prednisone should bring you relief. My best advice regarding prednisone is to use it to calm things down, but don't get stuck on it. Wean off as soon as you can (as per the doctor's instructions, of course). That's great that you can see a rheumatologist on the 22nd. A forty-minute drive is well worth it if she's good. The best of luck to you! I'm glad that Nurse Ron is there to take care of you. Guest guest
Hi Judi, Sorry you're feeling so bad, but how great that your doctor is so supportive and is willing to treat you aggressively. I think it's awesome that he/she got you an appointment so soon. Having a good doctor on your side is so important in fighting this disease. Ron's such a sweetheart (and you can tell him I said so!). Having a supportive spouse is another important thing. Much love and prayers that you feel better soon, Carol [ ] First day of Prednisone Hi All, Had a visit with my doctor this morning--Ron nearly had to ask for a wheel chair to get me into the office. Guest guest
(((((((((((((Judi))))))))))...lots of love & hugs & prayers for you, kiddo. I think limiting extra salt and drinking lots of water helps with prednisone. Sometimes one's emotions kind of intensify as well. I'm so glad " Nurse Ron " is there for you. Much Love....
