I believe that doing the antifungal through the entire therapy is an important

element.

Many people use higher dosages with a child that is heavier. Some families at

your child's

age are up to 500mg... but I'm not sure if everyone needs large amounts. I

would start

where you are (with an antifungal onboard) and then see what happens before you

consider bumping it up.
