I like the pecan pie recipe on the light Karo bottle. It comes out great.

For me I would have to change the flour as I am Celiac. So changeing

the flour would definetly be good. If I were making these cookies I

would use a GF blend of flours and a GF replacement for the Oats also.

So you could change to one you like that would also blend right also.

I do not all coconut flour would blend right. but you could replace

of the flour with coconut flour. I would definely use coconut oil in

stead of veg. oil.

The cookies sound very good to me. I love the sugar free.

If the cookies blend had sugar in it I would replace with either

honey or maple syrup. I do not use sugar. Thank you for sharing the

recipe.
