Guest guest
Hi ...sorry about the sorgens...I was just diagnosed last month too...Tess suggested Genteel eye drops, and I have found them to work pretty well, it was the first one on my doc's list too...he said sjorgen's is just something to learn to live with...my vision changed drastically in the last 8 months...they are going to monitor my plaq every 6 months ( I already have it monitored by the rheummy every 8 weeks) he added darkening lenses to my new glasses to help with the night vision because of the light sensitivity...enough on that, I wanted to share with you that I grew up in a similar home as yours...my older sister, who was really like my mom moved to the minister's house to save her self when I was 10...it was just down the street but she wouldn't let me visit her to be sure, I didn't mess up her good fortune...cause I always " caused trouble " ...after a major family event...I went to foster care off and on until I was 12 when my dad killed one of my sister's. I held lots of anger at my older sister for abandoning us in the s..family for many years. I no longer have anger towards her...but I also have no contact with anyone in my family and haven't since I was about 16...I am at peace with the lack of family as I have been able to develop many famly type relationships over the years. I have friends that are dearer than any family member I ever knew...and I am happy...I hope you find peace with your family...have a wonderful holiday season...any Carmel nut pudding recipes you can share? I have friends coming for turkey dinner...I had no idea getting the turkey home would be such a problem...a customer helped me put it in the cart, the clerk put it in my van, I got the dolly out of the garage and rolled it out (let it drop) to the dolly and wheeled it into my garage refrigerator...I put a rope around it and hoisted it up into the refrigerator...now to figure out how to get it in a pan and into the oven...my dinner guests can take it out...what an experience just to bring the dinner home...oh well...life with another favorite relative...uncle arthur! marge [ ] I'm joining the club > Hi All, > Wyatt and I went to the Ophthalmologist today.
