Guest guest
((((((((((((((((((((((((((Tess))))))))))))))))))))))))))) I’m so sorry you feel so down about the weigh in. Please don’t beat yourself up about this, you have been so brave. Maybe it would be a good idea to show your doctor your food diary? I’m so glad she is willing to help you. Tess you have shown an amazing commitment to this by keeping your food diary so long, I’ve never managed to do that for more than 3 days! So please give yourself a big pat on the back for your efforts. Sending you a ((((((((((((((((((ginourmous gentle hug)))))))))))))) and Lots of love, Heidi _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus
Guest guest
Tess, It¹s great that your new PCP is willing to help. Are you going to bring her your journal to read? You¹re stronger than you give yourself credit for since you won¹t binge over this news. One great thing that came out of it is you seeing that your fruits and veggies are not high in your diet. You are like many people that don¹t consume enough of them. I never did either until I made a conscious effort to make them a big part of my diet. Congratulations on your progress. a > Hi Carol & All...sigh...well, I am up 1.3 pounds. I haven't had a melt > down yet, and don't plan to. I am disappointed. Guest guest
-- So sorry it has taken me so long to respond. My Uncle died on Friday and I have spent the last several days in Tennessee (I live near Cleveland, Ohio). Yes a weight loss goal with a date sounds very good. I think 5 pounds by October 1 is a reasonable start, don't you? That gives us 30 days. Rhonna Hall wrote: > Oh thank you Rhonna, I felt alone again, but angry if no one thought > it was an OK idea. Guest guest
Ok, I went today, I walked one hour, it should be about 3 miles. And, I'm having a salad; lettuce, tom., and cukes tossed w/olive oil, fresh lemon, fresh ground pepper, and a bit o' salt. And a diet coke w' lemon on the rocks!! ---- Original Message ----- From: Marie Sent: Saturday, September 20, 2003 9:52 PM Subject: [ ] Weigh in I'm weighing in on the 31, as well, but I have little hope. Guest guest
Here's a preface this little (2 people) " weigh-in' listing. Since lyme disease patients statistically gain weight, we have started a little support for weight loss among ourselves here. Please feel free to join in. One thing is for sure, we want to loose weight, and be thinner. For this there is no cure, but to exercise and cut back on dinner! Let's keep it simple then. After five, let's loose TEN!!!
