The following N.D. in Auburn CA can prescribe MB12 nasal spray through a compounding pharmacy.

Maybe your N.D. can contact him and make it happen somehow... even with Dr.Sandro D'Amico ordering it for you ? His website is www.fourriversclinic.com .
