Guest guest
My mother is lefthanded and her tremor is in her right hand and she's less and less inclined to use the right hand. I can't see muscle wastage but it looks like she can't figure out what to do with it--as if she doesn't think of moving it. She gets exercise at the nh and some physical therapy but she's going downhill very rapidly. I don't think she can see very much peripheral vision on the right side either. I've seen her lose a glass of lemonade on the dinner table because she placed it down too far to the right side. And the prism in her glasses is on the right side so I assume she only tested as having double vision on that side. > my mother has been saying recently that my father is less and less inclined > to use his left hand and he seems to be suffering muscle wastage is there > anyone out there with similar experience, would physiotherapy help? Guest guest
, Haven't had that experience, but the reason for the wastage and what could be done about it would be appropriate, especially if he is left handed. Do you think he may have had a stroke? Please let us know the outcome. Cheryl
