Well Liz, sounds like you are having a life. Good to hear. I use to be able

to do so much, but just going to the market for an hour one day I know the

next I will be worn out and have to stay in. Went to a church function last

Sunday, it was 4 hours long, well needless to say I was in bed the next day.

It is so frustrating!!! I have been on disability for 6 years now, and have

help come in to do heavy housework for me. It all seems heavy some days, but

I can wash dishes and fold clothes. But how long have you had this stuff

bothering you? I just wonder what the longevity of it is, or if anybody

knows? I sure wish I could be with you out there, have fun. EFD

Liz,

Sounds like you are AMAZING despite your difficulties.

I'd like to volunteer to answer your questions about attitudes.

If you still need help, please e-mail me privately and I'll be happy to give

it a shot.

Best regards,

Hi everyone,

Just a quick note before i head out for the gym and back to work after 4 days!

Saw my rheumy yesterday. He's pleased with how well I am doing. Pain, on the

average is a " 1 " . However, my C-Reactive Protein is on the rise! I'm

disturbed, he is puzzled. We discussed the recent findings that suggest that

elevated C-Reactive Protein is an early marker for developing heart disease. He

says he has discussed this with cardiologists and they are skeptical. His other

comment was, " treat the patient, not the labs " . Still, he had me run by the lab

and have some more tests run. Wish I could tell you what they were, (well

actually, one was a SED rate) but I don't remember what the other one was. It

was unfamiliar to me.

There appears to be some kind of inflammatory process going on, flies in the

face of how well I feel, weird...

Suzanne
