Guest guest
Welcome Tammy. I don¹t know anything about a van, but I wanted to welcome you to our group. Do you see a rheumatologist? a > Hi > My name is Tammy and I don't remember if I introduced myself or not so > I guess I will re-introduce myself if I already have. :-) I forget a > lot of things. Guest guest
Dear Tammy, Hello and welcome to the group. You will find so many wonderful and caring people among our members. I just wanted to say that I am thinking of you and sorry for all that you are going through. Divorce is so very hard especially with children. I found it helpful to keep a journal and to pour out all of my feelings into it. It was my way to validate my feelings and it was very healing. Our emotional state very much influences our physical being. With all of the medical problems that you have, please don't feel as though there is anything wrong with having a little help. So many of us need all of the emotional strength we can find to keep us in top disease fighting form and find that an anti-depressant helps. Are you taking one and if not it would certainly be worth talking to your dr about. As a mother of a bi-polar child and also a child with ADD, I know that your children take a lot more energy. My daughter is now taking Wellbuitron and my son is taking Adderal. Both medications have really been a help. Sometimes I am in so much pain that I find myself not having as much patience with them as I should. Are you getting treatment for your FM and if you are, what are they doing for you? I have FM, TMJ, recent knee surgery and nonserum positive reactive arthritis. Sometimes I get so tired of the daily fight to be without constant pain. It just wears you down and makes your life harder to deal with. It is very important that you find a dr that will treat your pain. Have you had any success with that? Tammy, I am including you in my prayers tonight and I am hoping that God will grant you strength and comfort. I know that it helps having people that understand what you are going through, so please write whenever you feel you need to give voice to your feelings. We all have a lot of common ground and are here to support one another. Hugs to you.
