this is all she can do for me. if i want to go to the next level, i need a

fee'd atty. the ones i have talked to do not want to take my case because i

have no money. they said $50/mo is not worth their time to fight. their

fee's would be more than i would win. my parents are wanting me to try again.

so i just might make a few more phone calls after the holiday. hope you case

Hi Kathy,

I am so sorry you got denied. Have you talked to your lawyer yet? My

hearing with the insurance to stop my income is Dec. 5th. My friend is going

with me. I don't understand my attorney. I think he is just sitting on it all.

But we will see. I hope today you can rest a little.

Our " Yellow Pages " is filled with attorneys who will work with

SSDI/SSI and other disability situations. The attorneys who specialize in

Social Security cases do not usually ask for their fees in advance. They

receive a portion of the final settlement when it is paid.

atty that got me ssd. but that is ALL they do. it seems hard to find an atty
