It works more like Spiriva – you know, where you drop the capsule in the inhalation tube, burst the capsule and then inhale the powder. If you have COPD, you would use it AM and PM, 2 capsules BID. But for EIB, you use one capsule PRN and it last for 6 hours. It has the same med as Symbicort – formoterol.
