Guest guest
Hi there, You know, I am PROUD of you, lady! You are doing so much positive to improve your conditions, and you should recognize that. Keeping that food journal, and not having negative reactions to things are wonderful qualities. I have a good recipe for some " healthy " muffins that Ron and I really like--sugar free, fat free, high protein and fiber and delicious. They really fill me up, and I have to eat one (jumbo one) early or I don't want lunch. If you want, I'll send you teh recipe. About the Sjogren's, I'm glad you mentioned the problems. The opthamalogist told me I had it, and only told me to use artificial tears (which do help the eyes, but not the mouth or throat.) And the reaction I had to Clarinex probably didn't help, drying everything up (though it did help with a rash I had somewhere else!) I'm going to the rheumy for the 1st time in a few hours, and I will ask her. I have to type one-handed today as hands are very painful. We had 55 degree weather yesterday followed by snow last night, and now only 34. Ron is having a bad day today, apparently fatigue is a part of Parkinson's too. Now he understands how I sometimes feel. You have a delightful day, equal to your delightful personality. Hugs & much love, Judi
