Guest guest
Dear Ladies, I have been on three enbrel shots a week for a little over a year and it has really made a difference in my life, please remember me in your prayers though, as I have terrible brittle bones from the years of prednisone, which I haven't been able to get off of, and I fell, the bones broke in my leg and sent me crashing to the cement two weeks ago, I have since had surg. on my leg and am on now on meds for ulcers again which they found while I was in the hospital and had my tummy scoped. But praise the lord the enbrel is really helping me. Much love Shirley Edmiston Edmis3@... Write to me any time
Guest guest
Kathe, I was one of the fortunate ones. Enbrel was effective immediately for me. At first I thought the improvement was all in my head. To this day, most of the time the decrease in inflammation after an injection is apparent almost immediately. But there are times during a bad flare, that I say there is nothing but water in the shot. I'd probably be much worse off without it. I've talked to others that have had the same immediate response. The normal dose is 2 shots a week, each one 3 1/2 days apart. There are some people that take 3 a week if symptoms worsen between injections. Good news that the bronchitis is getting better. I hope it clears up quickly so you can begin Enbrel. a > Kathi: > > You worry that you will sound selfish for wanting > Enbrel to work for you?!?!?!?! Hah!
