Guest guest Posted May 22, 2008 Report Share Posted May 22, 2008 Hi, now that I have added B12, liquid iron tonic, D, magnesium, calcium, to my routine, in addition to the probiotics and whole foods multivitamin, plus C that I was already taking... what do I need to know to maximize absorption? ie which should not be taken with the others. The whole foods has both iron and the other stuff in it, which seems kinda weird to me, as I know iron doesn't do well w/something else, I just can't remember what. It's interesting to see that even tho I have been taking good quality multi vits and eat fairly well, the labs showed pathetic levels of iron, vit D... thanks for input. -- Jamison Griebenow, skookie@...
