Guest guest
Hi group, I could really use a hug right now. Ron and I had our tickets all bought, and plans made to leave this afternoon to go to Denmark for a week. He woke up in the night very distressed, tremors in both arms and legs, muscle spasms, and couldn't stop crying. The neurologist saw him this morning, and changed his Parkinson's meds from ReQuip to Sinemet, and also added Zoloft. I could use one of those right now. It seems like every time things start to go right, we get kicked in the butt. I can't help feeling that there is a reason we had to cancel our plans, and I may never know what it is, but at least Ron is feeling better this afternoon, more calm and not shaking. Gee, and the rheumy told me last week to avoid stress as that is what causes fibromyalgia (among other things.) I just looked out the window and it is snowing, and we're supposed to get 3 inches by tonight. Oh joy. Peace, Judi

Guest guest
Hi Judy, I am so sorry that you had to cancel your plans. You are right, these things happen for a reason. It may not be the right time for you guys. It is much better that he got sick before you left than after you got on a plane or in a foreign country. I hope you both feel better soon. Just relax. The time will come for you two. Love and Hugs Stacey in PA
Guest guest
I¹m sorry you had to cancel your trip Judi. I hope you can try again when you¹re both feeling better. Zoloft helps with FM pain, and if you asked your doctor to try it, he¹ll probably prescribe it. I hope you don¹t get to much snow. a > Hi group, > > I could really use a hug right now. Guest guest
((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Judi!!)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Here's a big hug for you. I am so sorry to hear about Ron but am glad to hear he is doing better. I know trying to avoid stress is easier said than done at times but please try and do so. Have a nice Thanksgiving.
