insurance disability denial (again)

.. i haven't talked to my atty yet as i did not get this until 4pm friday.

they are using the same song and dance. saying dr capezio says she does not

have much expertise in evaluating disability. she generally focuses on taking

care the patients. in reguards to the fce her comments were no comment. she

says she does not use fce to establish disability. she also stated that her

opinion about ms kring's ability to work was not altered by the findings of

the fce (duh!! she stills says i can't work, just because i did a task 21

times.) based on the lack of objective medical documentation to support

krings continued disability, we have no alternative but to uphold our

original denial of this claim for benefits beyond march 31,2002 i guess

i was trying to put the uglyness of my life away as to not destroy my

birthday weekend. but it is my life and what else is new!!!!

I'm really sorry to hear that, Kathy. In addition to your lawyer, I

would tell Dr. Capezio what happened, too.

they have totally turned her words around. i have a feeling it is time to

dig out my severence papers and sign them, then try to get on with my life. i

can't handle this stress anymore. it's pretty silly for $50 a month. i had a

friend come over saturday night. she made me a cheesecake. my son bought me

breakfast yesterday, and went to dinner with his grandma last night. kathy in
