Still Here

Hi,

I'm still here. I did call AOL and discuss the situation with them and they

gave me an extra 2 free months. The young lady that I talked to gave me some

tricks to check into that could lower the monthly fee. So I will have AOL

for at least another 2 months. I am still looking into the other companies

though. I just can't afford 23.90 per month when there are companies that

offer the service for 9.95. I am lucky to live in an area where there are

many choices with local access numbers. My mom lives 3 miles away, but

doesn't have more that two or three companies to choose from.

Hi :

It's good to hear from you again, but sorry that

things are not going well for you. Sweetie, don't

ever blame yourself for what you have to go through

because of RA. It affects our lives in sooo many

ways, and takes from us so much. You did not ask for

this disease. You are not to blame for getting sick,

so why blame yourself for things that this illness has

caused to happen? Nobody here wanted this and we have

all had to sacrifice things in our lives because of

it. We understand.

Your husband sounds like a wonderful man - you are

very lucky. He loves you and wants to make things

easier for you. Don't fight it, be blessed that he is

there for you. He does the things he does from love,

and that is the most beautiful reason of all to do

something. You are blessed.

I hope that you take the time after you quit your work

to rest, and simply think of something that you have

wanted to know about all your life, but never had the

time to do. Maybe you want to read a lot, maybe it

will be doing a little painting, maybe scrapbook

making, whatever you can do within your own

limitations, but do it because you really want to and

find great enjoyment in it. It will make you feel so

much better about everything, your pain, RA, your not

being able to work, maybe doing without some things

because of the single paycheck. Do something special

for yourself, okay?

not blame yourself! You are a wonderful woman with a

terrific husband and family - you are blessed!
