Hi Liz,

I can share what i have done.

I started by educating myself on ALL the ins and outs of this disease

( Hashimoto's)

Then I take a break from the research.

I sit with myself and check in with how I am feeling.

What " feels " best for me to do?

I had to check in with a couple of Naturopaths.

I also have a chiropractor that I bounce things off of.

Dr. Lou ( my Naturopath in Florida) says build a team of health

professionals to help you through this time.

Have any " alternative " doctors in your area you can start with?

a Naturopath or Chiropractor?
