I think I might have picked up a v slight cold, as I do hvae very mild cold symptoms. However, what I was not prepared for was how much it would affect my asthma...

Since Friday I have been finding i harder to breathe, though not massively, though I was getting out of breath far easier than normal by just walking round. But then today... I am currently on a course at a uni in the Midlands, so am away from home. I was sat in class and was finding it hard to breathe. I took my inhaler, and was okay a bit after. Then after lunch, almost as soon as I walked into the classroom I was finding it hard to breathe again. I took my inhaler again, but it seemed to take ages to kick in. By this time, I'd started to feel almost a bit dizzy from lack of oxygen, and my heart was racing (I could feel it). I was really scared, but okay now. I don't want to go to A & E as it was not severe enough for that, I don't think, but because I'm away, it'd be harder getting to a doctor...

One girl sat on my table did have dog hairs on her, and I'm wondering if that could ahve contributed. Whatever, it scared me a bit.
