Friends, I'm thinking I could be having periods of low blood sugar,so I'm going to get a one touch type tester tomorrow.I see my Dr.This Thursday,so hopefully he can check out my heart,adrenals,etc. I will try the elimination diet,though I hate to give up my cheese(couple oz a day) I'm going to try oats instead of wheat.I just know wheat is no good for me,now when I eat oats that feels nourishing,trying to find a recipe for an oat tortilla/wrap or bread.I do pretty good on protein,healthy fat.Just need to work on healthy carbs. I'm still having the racing heart and sleeplessness/anxiety but its down a few notches,and a little less often.Hopefully I can be fixed soon :)Right now I feel broken,tired/wired it does'nt make sense.Peace,
