Guest guest
I've suffered from Fibromyalgia since sometime in 2005. I was in the dark up until early September of 2008, when I saw a Rheumatologist who confidently diagnosed me with FMS. There's far more to my story than that, I assure you. Many have told me I'm quite skilled with the written word, which is suitable because I enjoy writing. A few days ago, I came up with the idea to write a book on fibromyalgia. It may however be about FMS and related disorders depending on how things end up. To write it, I intend to use information about my experience, and interview others about theirs. My question to those of you who have fibromyalgia or related illnesses is this: would any of you be willing to tell me about you're experience? The point of my book will be to educate. I want to show others like us that we exist, and there are millions who can relate to them. It'll also answer questions for those who want to learn about such health issues, and show that we are not invisible, as the cause for many of these is unknown. I'm not looking for advice, or criticism on my means of making this proposition. I want to educate, as I said, and help out in whatever way I can. If you're interested, and/or you want futher information, write back. - Caitlin Walsh
