Guest guest
I thought you all might need a GOOD LAUGH!!! I sure got a good one off this! Ha! It is so totally obvious that " Dr. WEIL " surely has a WIFE ... and even more obvious ...she is NOT doing the " relaxing " !!! Ha! Her neice's and nephew's probably call her " Aunt WEIL " ! ~Elf Good Morning From Dr. Weil -- Relaxing Through the Holiday 11.27.2002 Tip: Relaxing Through the Holiday Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and many of you are busy planning big meals, cleaning the house, or traveling long distances to see loved ones. Preventing stress during the holidays is difficult, but it's easy to take a few moments to relax: - Make plans to take a 30-minute walk tomorrow (even better, bring a loved one with you). - You can stretch and do breathing exercises every time you start to feel tense — just close your eyes (unless you’re driving) and take a few deep breaths. Breathing is the best method I know for reducing stress. - Make some green tea and sit outside for 15 minutes — you'll be surprised by how something so simple can bring balance back to your day. The holidays are exciting and festive. Take the time to enjoy yourself.
Guest guest
I think you're right, Susie! Also, if I sat outside for 15 minutes, even with a steaming mug of green tea, my hands and feet would be purple by the time I came in. We have a light covering of snow on the ground already.
