Guest guest Posted November 25, 2008 Report Share Posted November 25, 2008 I was taking Singulair at night as prescribed and I had major trouble sleeping. My doc suggested switching my Zyrtec to night time and the Singulair to the morning. I havent noticed a difference in the control aspect (meaning there were no ill effects) and I do sleep more like I always have. I even get a full night of sleep occasionally now...but Ive never slept all the way through the night without waking up regularly. (My entire family is like that).
