Hi Kathy,

Right now, I couldn't overdo it if I wanted to. I just don't know what I did

this time. I really didn't do anything strenous. Maybe I just bent the

wrong way at the wrong time. I just know that it hurts and now I'm giving

myself lots of rest and babying. I did talk to the girl at the neuro's

office and they are waiting for the x-rays and then they will call me. They

will probably order an MRI, as the x-rays really don't show the discs. So

I'm waiting. Hope you are feeling better. Did you get any more snow? We

got 6 inches last night. Woke up to bright white everywhere. Looked like

one of those puzzles. But cars are starting to move around and the snow is

starting to look nasty on the roads. I guess I need to get used to it. We

have at least 4 more months of it to go.

my

dog is just pulling so hard when we walk. she loves the snow and wants to

make sure she goes where she wants to go. but trying to climb over the

drifts and the corners where the plows push the snow. watching for ice. my

back and my legs are so sore. i do this twice a day. it is getting so hard.
