Guest guest
Hi .. I am new, scared and plum tuckered out on this thing .. I was diagnosed with diabetes about a year and half ago ... However, I don't spike high .. and am always running low and getting lower ... I have a nodule and now it is growing ... My heat fluctuates extremely, my blood sugar goes from 43 to 119 for the most part so can't but the diabetes part .. but the headaches, and pressure in my head, my thin skin in some parts and thick in other .. Still no answers ... Just take some thyroid .. I feel very alone and NO ONE has explained anything, not even diet .. and I have an aversion to junk food .. so I eat chicken, fish, salads and fruits ... cottage cheese, salads and vegetables so what am I missing here ... I can be hot at one end of my body and yet my upper torso feels incased in an ice mae west ... and then now for the first time I can feel actual mood swings and then just as quickly feel fine .. I am busy and occupied most of the time and don't like to be idle .. any suggestions or hints would be appreciated ... They don't even give me my figures ...
