Alana, I keep reading more & more about vitamin D. How it helps in almost all diseases. When we got the scare about skin cancer, people stopped getting out in the sun. I went to a meeting about osteoporsis and the Nurse there said we all needed 15 minutes of sun everyday. I think that is the reason for so many colds, etc in the winter time. Good Work.
