Guest guest Posted December 7, 2002 Report Share Posted December 7, 2002 Well, Miss Em wanted cupcakes for her 'birthday cake' so cupcakes it is. I baked & decorated them tonight...though my hands & wrists didn't appreciate it was still fun. I rarely make such things anymore cause Em isn't a big sweets eater, and I don't need the temptation. But tonight was fun...I used French Vanilla cake mix and decorated half in Cream Cheese Frosting & half in Fudge. Then I had a great time using sprinkles and colored sugars, etc. By the time I was done I had frosting & all the different sprinkles all over me, my nightgown, and sprinkles on the sofa & floor. I cleaned up, but Em did the vacuuming for me. She was so tickled with the cupcakes...it feels so nice when you can do something somebody really likes. The pizza party is tomorrow at 1pm.
