Guest guest
I am interested in the loss of voice. Mine is raspy and I now break into coughing fits if i laugh out loud. I also have lost all my singing voice. In the church I attend, everything is sung, no speaking except for the homily, and i can no longer sing/chant as I once did. Are there other meds that have this as a side effect? is there another name for Ventolin? I don't use it but maybe on something similar. It looks like it's time to do some googleing. Mike To: asthma Sent: Sunday, November 2, 2008 10:32:15 AMSubject: Ferodil Well, I found a new pulmo and he switched me to symbicort BID and ferodil as my emergency inhaler. I see many of you use symbicort. I’m getting used to it. Seems to work as well as my Advair 250/50 even though it is the lowest dosage. My question is this. Anyone use ferodil? Since my asthma is exercise induced, and my exercise is for long periods of time, and I was having a reaction to the Ventolin (I was losing my voice, which IS a reaction to Ventolin), he switched me. Ferodil lasts for 6 hours instead of 4, and for me, well I’m waiting for my “killer day” of dance which is Tuesday – 3 hours straight, the vote is still out. I was just looking for any input from you guys. TIA susanstein@optonlin e.net
