Fibromyalgia Research Initiative, an On-line Survey.

The deadline to participate in AFFTER's on-line research study is

approaching (Monday - April 21st). I am hoping that you will volunteer

about 10 minutes of your time to participate in this important research

project we are coordinating. The study is designed to learn more about

fibromyalgia and to provide information to seed further research into the

cause of this complex illness.

This questionnaire should take about 10 minutes to complete; we appreciate

you taking the time to participate!

In order for a study to have more value, it needs to include a group of

people who are not afflicted with the illness (called a control group) so

the data from the two groups can be compared. Please forward this to at

least one or two of your friends or family members to help with this

endeavor.

**DEADLINE** April 21, 2008! If you are going to participate, please do so

now so you dont forget or miss the deadline!
